Overview
Like other projects that I’ve worked on, this too was for a class. We were given a very specific requirement of making a dc power supply that delivers 10 mA at 3V ± 0.1V from a source that is 120V (rms) at 1 kHz using only hardware. We had to design, build, and test the circuit via the AD3 to ensure that iWt was performing as per the requirements.

Challenges
In comparison to other things that I have made, I found this to be on the simpler side as I didn’t face many significant issues. I was able to design the circuit fairly quickly as it was simple consisting of just four components total.
